Reliable Flow, Professional Care.
Solids will accumulate in septic tanks & should be pumped out regularly, every three years or more is recommended & more often if usage requirements merit it. If they are not removed, eventually these solids could overflow & build up creating a blockage in the drainfield which clogs the soil to the point where no wastewater is able to flow into the soil. This will cause the sewage to possibly either back up into your dwelling or flow across the surface of your drainfield. In which case, simply pumping the septic tank will not repair your systems. Generally, the only maintenance required for a septic tank is regular pumping. Neglecting to pump your tank can be more than hazardous to your property.

Thorough Inspections. Trusted Protection.
As a general rule, it is a good idea to have your septic tank or system inspected every 3 to 5 years. This helps prevent having to replace your whole system rather than a simple repair. A full inspection is more thorough & examines the inside of your septic tank to check the water level. This helps the inspector determine if there is a leak or if the system is overloaded. In most cases during a full inspection, the septic tank is pumped and the drainfield monitored for backflow.

Pinpoint Diagnostics. Precise Solutions.

NEW OREGON DEQ GUIDELINES
There are inspections required for homeowners who want to remodel their homes with additions to the house or property. There are inspections for hardship cases for homeowners who want to add a mobile home to the property and attach to the existing septic systems.
There is the "time of transfer" inspection / evaluation when the homeowner is selling the property. Each of these inspections require that the tank be uncovered, the distribution box(es) be uncovered, that there is an amount of water introduced to the tank, to watch the contents flow to the distribution box and be accepted by a "thirsty" drainfield, to pump the tank & note any deficiencies.
To do an inspection on any & all pump vault components and panels along with electrical connections. To provide a detailed plot plan meeting all DEQ Specified requirements with all DEQ forms filled in completely with our technicians "certified" number and identification on the reports.
Should any repairs be needed to help bring your systems "up to date" with compliance codes. We will outline the repairs and the cost and schedule an appointment for you.
Your septic systems is the second biggest investment, next to your home, and should be maintained and serviced regularly.
